The Sports Neo Collars are padded for comfort, made with durable nylon and lined with quick drying, densely padded neoprene. The collars are fully adjustable with clip buckles and an easy hook and eye adjustment strap.

I have used my purple padded sports dog collar a couple of times now and my friends French bull dog 🐶 “🐻” absolutely loves it , as it’s very comfortable for him to wear, plus he doesn’t get a sore throat like he used to with an unpadded collar.
I not only gave the collar a 5 star rating but in actual fact I will give it a 100 star rating for such a very comfortable and practical piece of dog exercise equipment.
